The Law Of Non-Interference
Posted by in Concept of justice on September 29, 2011
The universal Law of Non-Interference can perhaps best explain the meaning of justice. Without it, we will forever wonder why some things are considered right or why some things are considered wrong. This universal law applies to every area of life, including human relations and the field of justice in particular. As beings of Spirit in human form, this law binds us all. It is to our advantage, though. The universal Law of Non-Interference is our only password to eternal freedom, for without it we would forever be entangled in the web of karma.
What’s more, interference is actually a complete impossibility in the universe. Unless we invite interference (and then we cannot call it interference any more), we are only left with what we create for ourselves or co-create along with others. In fact, since nothing and nobody can exist in true isolation, co-creation is all there is. Furthermore, every person involved in co-creation has given their consent to what is happening to them and to everyone else.
The perception of injustice, in whatever area or form, is based on the concept of interference. It implies that there are people out there, situations, laws, organizations, societies, or even entire nations that have the power to prevent me from fulfilling my needs and desires or affect me in a negative way. We have been taught from an early age that there always has been, and continues to be, great injustice in this world. By opening any history book, we face event after event that tells of relentless bloodshed and tremendous suffering in almost every society that has lived on this planet. Millions of apparently innocent people have lost their lives because of wars fought out of greed for more land and worldly influence, or through acts of crime and terrorism.
We have come to believe that many people out there have only one thing in their mind, that is, to steal from others to enrich themselves. Furthermore, a large number of them do not even hesitate to take the life of another in order to have access to more possessions or greater degrees of power. Some merely want to take revenge for the injustice they believe has been committed against them or their loved ones.
The more recent 9-11-2001 landmark assault on thousands of civilians by terrorists using commercial jet planes as weapons of mass destruction seemed to have been one of the most senseless acts of hatred seen in history, completely beyond human comprehension. There are scandals popping up in every sector of society revealing how a few people with ill intentions can manipulate and cheat the rest of us. Drug cartels have infiltrated both the poor and rich sections of society, even using children as cheap distributors of life-altering drugs. Millions of innocent children are victims of slave labor or used as prostitutes. The stories of injustice in this world seem endless. From the simple act of stealing chewing gum in a grocery store to the large-scale exploitation of the world’s poorest countries, injustice appears to have infiltrated everywhere. Law Of Attraction: In Harmony With Our Natural Color
Posted by in Natural law on September 29, 2011
Two years’ ago, I had written about the effect of color therapy on our visualizations and manifestations that are core goals of the law of attraction. We now know that focusing on a specific color can change the frequency of the energy that emanates from within us. Color being a source of light, it can be used to heal the negative feelings and thoughts that are blocking our desired manifestations.
Color is all around us throughout the day. It travels to our eyes the very same way music travels to our ears. What we see has an instant effect on our feelings and thoughts as much as what we hear too. When we hear a song with all the many instruments and vocals in perfect harmony, it pleases our feelings and thoughts. These are positive influences if we want the law of attraction to work for us. Likewise, colors can also influence our appearances. Our perception of another person can be easily changed depending on the reflections of the colors that adorned him or her. Looking at the person whose colors are not in harmony with his/her natural skin tone can create some discord. The disharmony of colors may not necessarily draw attention away but it does risk the occurrence of negative thoughts and feelings in us. Unintentionally, our reactions rebounded along with our subtle resentment and rejection to cast the person into a negative state of mind.
Colors that are in harmony with our natural skin tone create radiance, warmth, pleasure and friendliness. In order words, it motivates a pleasant attraction. Colors that are in harmony could smooth-out out the blemishes, add the sparkle in our eyes, camouflage the fine lines and botches or even hide the extra inches around the waist and arms. It creates a liveliness that receives acceptance from the people around us and directly enhances our own state of mind. Acceptance builds confidence and puts the process of the law of attraction into a positive drive. Read the rest of this entry »
A Brief Overview On The Field Of Law
Posted by in Sociology of law on September 29, 2011
Law is basically defined as a system consisting of rules and regulations, which are normally enforced on the public through the means of organizations or institutions. It helps to give a well defined frame work to economics, politics and the society as a whole in more ways than one. They also try to act as a social mediator for inter relations between people, organizations and government.
All the legal systems in the world deal with a variety of basic issues. It is normally up to the government of the different countries to classify their legal system into different categories. The fundamental distinction made between the regulations is that of public and private acts.
Public directives refer to the matters related to the government of a country, state or community. It also includes regulations made for constitutional, administrative and criminal purposes. The private directives are meant for contracts, tort and properties.
In the case of civil rules, contract and tort are considered as general law of obligations. These fields are mostly considered as traditional core subjects. There are various other disciplines, which can be even more important for practical purposes.
Legal systems and institutions administer the rights and responsibilities through a lot of different ways and channels. A common distinction that can be made is between civil jurisdictions, which formulate the rulings, and the common mechanism, where the rules made by the judge may not be consolidated.
Some of the countries may also have their religion as a foundation for their decree. The legal system derives a lot of understanding from the fields of history, economics, philosophy and sociology. It also contributes a lot to these disciplines. It is the prime source of administering and applying the fundamentals of fairness, justice and equality in a society.
In an ideal democratic scenario, three institutes are mainly responsible for the creation, interpretation and implementation of the commandments. These three branches of government are the unbiased judiciary, independent legislature and a dependable executive. The police and the military are very crucial in ensuring a proper implementation and enforcement of these laws in the society.
To support a better progress of this framework and to ensure that it prospers for the betterment of the society, a self governed legal profession and a proactive civil society are extremely important. The Greek philosopher Aristotle had suggested that the rule of the law is much better than that of an individual.
There are various forms and functions of the legal framework in the society today. The rights and the rules for the title and transfer of a personal or a real property is referred to as Property law. The rules related to trust deal with assets secured for financial benefits, security and investment. Read the rest of this entry »
